摘 要: | 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OPS)是一种以单位体积内骨量低于正常为特征的骨骼疾患,是骨质有机成分生成不足、继发性钙盐减少及骨组织微细结构破坏为主要表现的一类疾病。绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMO)属于原发性OPS,其与绝经后雌激素的减少有着密不可分的关系。近年来,许多研究表明骨骼疾病如类风湿性关节炎、骨转移、牙周炎和OPS等的发生与免疫系统有着密切的关系,从而新生了骨免疫学这一交叉学科。PMO的发生不仅与雌激素能影响破骨细胞和成骨细胞的功能有关,还与其能影响绝经后免疫系统及多种细胞因子等功能有关。本文就PMO与绝经后免疫系统之间的关系展开简要论述。

Abstract: | Osteoporosis(OPS)is a kind of skeletal diseases characterized by the amount of bone in the unit volume below the normal,insufficient production of bone organic ingredients,with a subsequent reduction of calcium salt and micro architectures deterioration of bone tissue.Postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMO) belongs to primary OPS, the occurrence of which is resulted from estrogen deficiency.In recent years,many researches have been proved the close relationship between immune system and bone diseases,such as rheumatoid arthritis,bone metastasis,periodontitis, OPS and so on.There is a new-born inter-discipline called osteoimmunology.The happening of PMO has relationship with the impact of estrogen not only on the function of osteoclast and osteoblast,but also on the function of immune system and various cytokines.In this review we briefly discuss the relationship between PMO and immune system. |
