新型腹腔引流器结合腹腔化疗治疗癌性腹水疗效观察

目的：探讨对癌性腹水患者采用新型腹腔引流器联合腹腔化疗的临床效果。方法：按照随机数字表法将本院收治的86例癌性腹水患者患者均分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予腹腔穿刺引流术联合腹腔化疗治疗,观察组患者给予新型腹腔引流器联合腹腔化疗治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗期间不良反应发生情况以及治疗前后KPS评分变化情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组治疗后KPS评分均显著升高,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后KPS评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对癌性腹水患者采用新型腹腔引流器联合腹腔化疗,确保较高的治疗效果,能有效改善患者的临床症状,且不增加化疗的不良反应,有利于改善患者生活质量。

The Clinical Effects of Malignant Ascites by New Type of Abdominal Cavity Drainage Device Combine with Chemotherapy

Objective：To explore the clinical effects of malignant ascites by new type of abdominal cavity drainage device combine with chemotherapy. Method：86 cases of patients with malignant ascites were random divided into observation group and control group. The control group were treated by abdominal puncture drainage combine with chemotherapy, the observation group were treated by new type of abdominal cavity drainage device combine with chemotherapy. The clinical effects, complications, the scores of KPS were compared for the two groups.Result：The total effective rate for the observation group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; There was no significant difference on the complications for the two groups（P〉〈0.05）.The scores of KPS posttreatment for the two groups were higher than prior treatment（P〈0.05）; The scores of KPS posttreatment for the observation group were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effects of malignant ascites by new type of abdominal cavity drainage device combine with chemotherapy is good, it has high clinical effects, and it can improve the clinical symptoms, with low complication, and it can improve the quality of life.
