品管圈活动在责任护士掌握患儿病情质量管理中的应用

目的：探讨品管圈活动在提高责任护士掌握患儿病情知晓率的作用。方法：成立品管圈，确立“提高责任护士对患儿病情知晓率”为活动主题，进行现状把握，目标设定，要因分析及对策实施。结果：通过圈员参与该项活动，使责任护士对患儿的病情知晓率由61.47%提高到93.33%。结论：品管圈活动对提高责任护士掌握患儿病情的知晓率效果显著。

Application of Quality Control Circle Activity in Quality Management of Children’s Condition Mastered by Duty Nurse

Objective：To analyze the effect of quality control circle in improving the awareness rate of children’s condition mastered by duty nurse. Method：First,a quality control circle was established and the theme was set up as“improving the awareness rate of children’s condition mastered by duty nurse”. Then current situation holding,status grasping and goal setting were carried out. Result：The awareness rate raised from 61.47%to 93.33%percent after the application of quality control circle. Conclusion：The quality control circle is more effective to improve the awareness rate of primary nurse to the children’s condition.
