摘    要:目的:观察高位肛周脓肿切开引流术后采用两种不同治疗方式的疗效。方法:将70例高位肛周脓肿患者按随机数字表法分为封闭式负压冲吸器治疗组(试验组)35例和传统切开挂线引流治疗组(对照组)35例,所有患者均施行手术治疗。比较两组患者的换药次数、切口长度、脓腔愈合天数和治疗费用。结果:试验组的切口长度、换药次数、脓腔愈合时间及住院费均明显低于试验组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);两组术后6个月肛瘘发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:采用封闭式负压冲吸器治疗高位肛周脓肿是高效、简便、经济可行的方法,可缩短治愈时间,减轻患者的痛苦。

Efficacy of High Perianal Abscess Treatment of Closed Suction Vacuum Punch

Abstract:Objective:To observe the high perianal abscess incision and drainage after using two efficacy of different treatment modalities.Method:72 cases were randomly divided into high perianal abscess closed suction punch inhaler therapy group(the experimental group) 35 cases and traditional incision and drainage line treatment group(the control group) 35 cases. All patients were surgical repair. Frequency of dressing change two groups were compared, incision length, the number of days to heal the wound cavity and treatment costs.Result:Incision length of treatment in both groups of patients, number of dressing changes, abscess healing time and hospital costs were compared, the experimental group were significantly lower than the experimental group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01). Postoperative patients 6 months the incidence of anal fistula no difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The use of closed suction vacuum treatment of red high perianal abscess is efficient, simple and economically viable way to shorten healing time, reduce the suffering of patients.
