舒适护理在人工流产围手术期的应用效果比较

目的：观察舒适护理在人工流产围手术期的应用效果。方法：选择在本科门诊手术室行人工流产术的128例患者,将其随机分为两组,舒适护理干预组（简称观察组）和常规护理干预组（简称对照组）,每组各64例,护理干预后观察两组患者的抑郁、焦虑改善情况、护理满意度以及生活质量。结果：护理前,观察组患者的HAMD评分总分为（22.9±4.1）分,精神性因子分为（10.3±3.3）分,躯体性因子分为（14.5±3.8）分,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。护理后,观察组患者的HAMD评分总分为（13.2±5.1）分,精神性因子分为（5.6±4.0）分,躯体性因子分为（7.0±2.1）分,均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。护理前,观察组患者的HAMA评分总分为（25.8±5.6）分,精神性因子分为（14.2±4.7）分,躯体性因子分为（12.7±3.9）分,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。护理后,观察组患者的HAMA评分总分为（14.7±6.0）分,精神性因子分为（7.4±5.4）分,躯体性因子分为（8.2±4.6）分,均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。经护理干预后,观察组患者的满意度为92.19%,对照组为81.25%,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者均无失访现象,观察组患者随访3个月时的PF得分（71.5±11.0）分,RP得分（74.1±13.7）分,RE得分（76.3±15.3）分,随访6个月时患者的PF得分（87.4±12.6）分,RP得分（86.5±11.7）分,RE得分（84.2±13.4）分;均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：舒适护理可有效降低人工流产术围手术期患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,提高患者的护理满意度,有益于改善护患关系,提高生活质量。

Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing in the Perioperative Artificial Abortion
