双水平持续气道正压治疗重叠综合征的临床研究

目的：探讨双水平持续气道正压治疗重叠综合征的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院呼吸科于2013年6月1日-12月31日收治的30例重叠综合征住院治疗患者，随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组，每组各15例。对照组进行常规治疗，治疗组进行常规治疗加用双水平气道正压系统（BiBPAP）呼吸机治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显并发症，但治疗组治疗后睡眠状态、血气分析结果及肺功能改善情况均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：双水平持续气道正压治疗，同时根据患者实际情况结合适当氧疗，可有效改善机体低氧血症及高碳酸血症状态，提高其生活质量。

Clinical Research of Double Horizontal Continuous Positive Airway Pressure in the Treatment of Overlap Syndrome

Objective： To study the clinical effect of the double horizontal continuous positive airway pres＇~ure in the treatment of overlap syndrome. Method： 30 patients with overlap syndrome in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2013 were selected. They were divided into the control group （ n=15 ）and treatment group （ n=15 ） . The control group was given routine treatment, and the treatment group was added with double level positive airway pressure sys,tem （ BiBPAP ）, the treatment effect breathing machine of the two groups was compared. Result： Obvious complications were not seen from the two groups. After treatment, the sleep state, blood gas analysis and lung function improvement in the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The overlap syndrome should be treated with the double horizontal continuous positive airway pressure, at the same time, according to the actual circumstance of patients combined with appropriate oxygen cure, can effectively improve the state of hypoxemia and hypercapnia, so as to improve the quality of life.
