全程心理护理对神经介入治疗患者术后焦虑、康复程度的影响研究

目的：研究全程心理护理对神经介入治疗患者术后焦虑、康复程度的影响。方法：选择2011年6月-2013年2月期间收治的42例神经介入治疗患者,按照随机数字对照表法平均分为两组,对照组21例给予常规护理,研究组21例在常规护理的基础上给予全程心理护理,观察两组患者术后焦虑和康复程度。结果：研究组术后焦虑程度较术前有明显改善,且改善效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组患者神经功能缺损评分、格拉斯哥评分（GCS）预后情况及并发症发生率均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对神经介入治疗患者给予全程心理护理有助于提高心理耐受能力,减轻焦虑情绪,提高康复效果,值得临床推广和普及。

Influence of Psychological Care Nursing Intervention on Anxiety and Recovery of Patients with Interventional Therapy

Objective： To observe the influence of psychological care nursing intervention on anxiety and recovery of patients with interventional therapy.Method： 42 patients were evenly divided into two groups,accorded to randomly number table,21 cases in each group.The control group was treated by routine nursing intervention treatment.The study group was treated by psychological care nursing intervention.The anxiety and recovery postoperative of the two groups were observed.Result： The degree of anxiety after operation of study group was better than before,and the effect of study group was significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The neurological deficit score, complication incidence of GCS and prognosis of study group were significantly better than the control group and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The psychological nursing is helpful to improve the psychological endurance of patients with neural interventional treatment, can reduce anxiety,improve the rehabilitation effect,it is worthy of clinical promotion and popularization.
