氨基酸碘液在阴道炎治疗中的应用及效果探析

目的：探讨阴道炎患者采取氨基酸碘液治疗的临床效果。方法：选取本院2012年8月-2014年8月接诊的阴道炎患者98例作为研究对象,其中霉菌性阴道炎40例（霉菌组）、滴虫性阴道炎28例（滴虫组）、细菌性阴道炎30例（细菌组）,三组患者皆应用氨基酸碘液治疗,总结分析临床治疗效果。结果：霉菌组总有效率95.00%、不良反应发生率为7.50%,滴虫组分别为92.86%、10.71%,细菌组则分别为93.33%、10.00%,三组患者在总有效率与不良反应发生率上两两对比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：不论是霉菌性阴道炎,还是滴虫性阴道炎与细菌性阴道炎,应用氨基酸碘液治疗皆可取得比较好的效果,而且安全性高,值得借鉴。

The Application and Effect Analysis of Amino Acid Iodine Solution in the Treatment of Vaginitis

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of vaginitis patients take amino acid iodine treatment. Method： In our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014, 98 cases of vaginitis patients as the research object, included 40 cases of mycotic vaginitis in fungal group,28 patients with trichomonal vaginitis in trichomonas group,30 cases of bacterial vaginosis in bacterial group,three groups patients were treated with amino acid iodine solution, summarized and analyzed the clinical effect of treatment.Result： The mold group total efficiency 95.00%, the adverse reaction rate was 7.50%; trichomonas group was 92.86%,10.71% respectively;bacterial group was 93.33%,10.00% respectively, three groups of patients in the total occurrence and adverse reaction efficiency rate of two two compared,there were no statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： Whether it is mould sex vaginitis, or trichomonas vaginitis and bacterial vaginosis, application of amino acid iodine solutiontreatment can be achieved relatively good results,and high safety, is worth learning from.
