护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者生命体征的影响研究

目的：探讨研究护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者生命体征的影响。方法：选择本院收治的择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的96例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字对照表法平均分为两组,对照组（48例）给予常规护理措施,研究组（48例）在围手术期给予全面护理干预。分别记录两组患者术前1 d、进入手术室初以及麻醉苏醒时的心率、呼吸频率和平均动脉压,并记录患者对护理工作的满意度。结果：研究组患者对护理工作的满意度为93.8%,显著高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;术前1 d,两组患者心率、呼吸频率和平均动脉压比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;研究组患者进入手术室初以及麻醉苏醒时的心率、呼吸频率和平均动脉压与术前1 d相比无明显差异,明显优于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：围手术期给予全面护理干预能够减轻腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的紧张恐惧感,减轻了手术刺激带来的生命体征变化,从而使患者能更好地接受手术治疗,提高了护理满意度,值得临床推广和普及。

Research of Nursing Intervention on the Vital Signs for Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective：To observe the vital signs for patients undergoing macroscopic cholecystectomy after nursing intervention.Method：96 cases of elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into study group with 48 cases and the control group with 48 cases.The control group were treated by conventional nursing measures and the study group were treated by comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative.The heart rate, respiratory rate,mean arterial pressure at 1 d before operration,early into the operating room,anesthesia waking were recorded.Satisfaction of nursing work of patients were recorded.Result：The nursing job satisfaction of study group was 93.8%,was significantly higher than 66.7% in the control group（P〈0.05）.The heart rate,respiratory rate,mean arterial pressure at 1 d before operration of two groups had no significant difference statistically（P〉0.05）.The heart rate, respiratory rate,mean arterial pressure at early into the operating room and anesthesia waking of study group had no significant difference statistically compared 1 d before operration,and was superior to control group, statistics had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative can reduce the laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients＇ nervous fear,and reduce the vital signs of change for surgical stimulation, and improve nursing satisfaction,so that patients can accept the surgical treatment better, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and popularization.
