髓内固定与钉板固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折效果对比观察

目的：对比分析髓内固定与钉板固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：收集本院2011年8月-2013年8月诊治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者84例作为研究对象，采用随机分组的方式将患者分为试验组与对照组，每组各42例。对照组患者采用钉板固定治疗，试验组采用髓内固定治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析对比。结果：两组患者的Harris评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），试验组手术时间略短于对照组，但组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），试验组患者的术中出血量和术后引流量明显少于对照组（P〈0.05），住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。同时，试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈00.05）。结论：髓内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效优于钉板固定，能有效减少患者的术中出血量和术后引流量，缩短患者的住院时间，降低并发症发生率，值得在临床应用上推广。

A Contrastive Analysis of Effects of Marrow-fixed Treatment and Fixed-peg-plate Treatments for Intertrochanter Femur Fractures

Objective：To make a contrast and analysis of clinical effects of the marrow-fixed treatment and pegplate treatments for intertrochanter femur fractures. Method：84 patients suffered from intertrochanter femur fractures hospitalized during the period of August 2011 to August 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group were received the peg-plates treatment,at the same time the experimental group were received the marrow-fixed treatment,then the clinical effects in two groups were compared.Result：There was no significant difference in Harris between two groups（P〉0.05）,the operation time of the experimental was slightly shorter than the control group,but there was no statistical significance （P〉0.05）,the amount of the bleeding and drainage of the experimental group was significantly less than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,the hospital stays of the experimental groups was also significantly less than that of the control group.Meanwhile,the complicating diseases was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The marrow-fixed treatment is better than peg-plates in terms of clinical effects,which can effectively decrease the amount of bleeding during the operation and the amount of drainage after the operation,shorten the hospital stays,reduce complicating diseases,therefore it’s worthy of clinical application.
