影响居家治疗肺结核患者治疗依从性因素调查分析

目的：分析影响居家治疗肺结核患者治疗依从性的相关因素,从而探讨有效的治疗对策。方法：随机选取2010年1月-2014年10月在本院就诊的肺结核患者221例,对所有患者采用调查问卷的形式,了解患者在家中服用药物的依从性,并根据依从情况将其分为依从性好与依从性差。回顾性分析患者的临床资料,总结影响依从性的相关因素。结果：性别（β=1.448,P〈0.05）、年龄（β=1.221,P〈0.05）、学历（β=0.979,P〈0.05）、家庭月收入（β=1.207,P〈0.05）以及居住情况（β=1.204,P〈0.05）是影响患者依从性的相关因素。结论：性别、年龄、学历、家庭月收入以及居住情况对肺结核居家治疗依从性有所影响,要对其进行相关教育,给予重视,从而提高治疗效果。

Analysis of Affected Adherence Factors of Home Treatment of Tuberculosis Patients

Objective：To analyze the impact of home treatment of tuberculosis in patients with treatment-related factors in compliance, so as to explore effective treatment strategies.Method：221 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly selected from January 2010 to October 2014 in our hospital, all patients in the form of questionnaires, the patient＇s home medication compliance were understood, and the case will be divided according to compliance better compliance and the difference between the two groups were compared. Retrospective analysis of clinical data, summarize the relevant factors affecting compliance.Result：Sex（β=1.448,P〈0.05）, age（β=1.221,P〈0.05）, education（β=0.979,P〈0.05）, family income（β=1.207,P〈0.05） as well as living conditions（β=1.204,P〈0.05） were related to factors affecting patient compliance. Conclusion：Gender, age, education, family income and living conditions have an impact on the home tuberculosis treatment adherence, to be related to education, to give attention to improve the therapeutic effect.
