难治性根尖周炎的治疗体会

目的：评价难治性根尖周炎的治疗效果。方法：X线根尖片加电子根管测量仪测量根管长度，预弯K型锉预备根管，5%次氯酸钠、17%乙二胺四乙酸（EDTA）交替冲洗根管，氢氧化钙纸尖与碘仿根管封药，Vitapex糊剂加牙胶尖侧压充填根管。结果：采用此方法治疗58颗患牙，2年后复查，成功率达89.7%。结论：本方法治疗难治性根尖周炎疗效值得肯定。

Treatment Experiences of Refractory Periapical Periodontitis

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of refractory periapical periodontitis. Method：This article used apical X-ray radiography and an electronic apex locator to measure the length of root canal,and K-file should be pre-curved. 5%sodium hypochlorite and 17%EDTA were also used to wash root canal in turn. Then,calcium hydroxide paper point and iodoform were filled into root canal. Finally,Vitapex paste and gutta percha point were pushed into root canal through lateral compression. Result：With this method to treat fifty-eight teeth with refractory periapical periodontitis,the success rate was 89.7%when reviewed after 2years. Conclusion：It is worth to confirm the clinical effects of this method to treat refractory periapical periodontitis.
