摘    要:通过HPLC、LC-MS等手段确定了丹参提取物中的小组分丹酚酸E,并考察了加水量、提取温度、时间和pH对丹酚酸B、E相对含量及丹酚酸B提取率的影响。结果显示:不同提取条件下,丹酚酸B、E相对含量变化显著,推测两者存在一定转化机制。丹酚酸B的最佳提取工艺为:丹参药材中加入8倍体积水,用1 mol/L盐酸调至pH 4 0,70℃提取60min,丹酚酸B的收率大于90%。
