摘    要:目的观察不同正畸力作用下,不同正畸时间大鼠牙周组织的组织学变化,探讨正畸力值在牙周组织改建中的作用。方法将36只SD大鼠随机分为3组。对大鼠上颌第一磨牙分别加力0g(对照组)、50g或100g,于加力后1、3、10、17天将大鼠处死,取上颌第一磨牙及牙周组织固定, 用HE染色方法观察牙周组织的组织学变化。结果牙周组织对不同的正畸力产生不同组织反应。在50g力作用下,牙周组织反应活跃,牙齿移动速度快;100g力引起牙周组织的破坏,牙齿移动停滞。结论牙周组织的适应性改建需要合适的正畸力。

Abstract:Objective To observe the histological change of periodontal tissue of orthodontics tooth in SD rats under different orthodontics force and time, and to explore the effect of orthodontics force during periodontal tissue rebuilding. Methods 36 SD rats were divided into 3 groups at random.The first maxillary molar of the rats were moved medially by a elastic string delivered a force of 0g, 50g and 100g respectively. At 1st,3rd , 10th and 17th day, all rats were killed and the first molars and periodontal tissues were chosen for histological evaluation. Results Different orthodontics force induced different histological response. In the 50g-force group, the response of periodontal tissues were activity, in 100g-force group, the periodontal tissues were damaged. Conclusion The rebuilding of periodontal tissue needed suitable orthodontics force.
