| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗老年胆石症的疗效,研究预防及处理并发症的方法。方法:总结分析176例老年患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的处理结果。结果;176例均顺利施行LC术,术后并发症1例,并发心衰,经处理好转,住院12d。其余住院4-9d,平均6.5d。结论;经充分的术前准备,严格掌握手术适应证,术者熟练操作,术中、术后认真监测,为老年患者行LC术是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To research the value of applying laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) on old patients with cholelithiasis and the preventive and handling measures of complications. Methods: 176 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on old patients and the handling results during the whole opreative period were summarized and analysed. Results:Only one case complicated heart failure and recovered after treatment,the others went on smoothly and successfully. The average resident time was 6. 5d (4 - 9d) . Conclusion: Under the condition of prefect preoper-ative preparation, strictly master the indication, skilled manipulation and serious surveillance before and after operation, LC operation on old patient is safe and available. |
