对急性未穿孔阑尾炎保守治疗288例临床分析

目的:探讨急性未穿孔阑尾炎保守治疗的临床特点.方法:对1996年6月～2004年6月期间共收治的288例急性未穿孔阑尾炎保守治疗患者的临床资料进行回顾分析.结果:急性单纯性阑尾炎196例中治愈109例,急性化脓性阑尾炎92例中治愈25例,两类治愈占病例总数的46.5%;其余154例均转为手术治疗,占病例总数的53.5%.结论:对急性未穿孔阑尾炎患者应尽量动员早期手术,对保守治疗的患者,在保守治疗的过程中症状加重或症状不缓解者应及时中转手术治疗.

Clinical analysis of 288 cases of acute imperforation appendicitis treated with conservative therapy

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of acute imperforation appendicitis treated with conservative therapy. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 288 cases of acute imperforation appendicitis treated with conservative therapy from Jun. 1996 to Jun. 2004 in our hospital. Results Of 196 cases of simple acute appendicitis, 109 ones were cured, while of 92 cases of suppurated acute appendicitis, 25 ones were cured, and curative rate was 46.5%. Left 154 cases were performed operations, which covered 53.5%. Conclusion Early operation should be advised and those who got worse should be transferred to operation during conservative therapy.
