长春市1300名职工脂肪肝发生情况调查分析

目的 调查长春地区20-60岁人群脂肪肝发生情况。方法吉林大学第一医院体检中心对长春1300名职工进行健康体检，以自行设计的与脂肪肝有关联的生活方式调查表开展调查。结果20-60岁人群脂肪肝发生率24．31％，其中男性为32．01％；女性为6．60％。男性与女性相比脂肪肝发生率有显著差异，男性生活方式明显不如女性有规律，男性较女性对脂肪肝相关知识了解得更少。结论健康体检是早期发现脂肪肝的重要手段。加强相关知识的宣传与教育，是预防和治疗的重要环节。

Morbidity of fatty liver among 1300 employees in Changchun in 2004

Objective To investigate morbidity of fatty liver among employees aged between 20 and 60 in Changehun. Methods Survey was conducted by physical examination in department of checkup in the first hospital of Jilin University. Results Morbidity of fatty liver was 24.31% in employees aged 20-60 years, 32.01% male, 6.60% female. The correlation coefficients between males and females were apparently significant. The reasons were that the females had more regular life patten than the males and the males was short of knowledge about fatty liver and so on.Conclusion Physical examination is the important means to diagnosis early fatty liver. It is key to popularize the knowledge about fatty liver.
