丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的观察

目的评价丹红注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效和安全性。方法将86例不稳定型心绞病（UAP）患者随机分为丹红注射液治疗组和对照组。在常规治疗基础上，治疗组加用丹红注射液治疗2周。观察用药前后下述指标变化：①心绞痛发作次数；②硝酸甘油消耗量；③心电图的ST—T改变情况。结果用丹红注射液治疗后，治疗组临床总有效率为95．7％，对照组为77．5％，两者比较差异有统计学意义fP〈0．05）。两组心电图总有效率分别为71．7％和57．5％，两者比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；未见明显药物副反应。结论丹红注射液能改善临床症状，提高临床疗效。

Observation on Danhong injection in treating patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 86 cases of UAP patients were randomly divided into the Danhong injection treatment group and control group. On the basis of conventional therapy, the treatment group was treated with Danhong injection for 2 weeks. The following indexes were observed before and after treatment： （1） the frequency of angina pectoris attack; （2） nitrate consumption; （3） the electrocardiogram ST-T changesituation. Results With Danhong injection treatment, the treatment group the total clinical effective rate was 95.7%, 77.5% in the control group, there was statistically significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. The two group the total effective rate of ECG was 71.7% and 57.5% respectively, there was significant undifference between them （P〉0.05）; there was no obvious drug adverse reaction. Conclusion Danhong injection can improve the clinical symptoms, improve clinical efficacy.
