摘    要:基于医院的特殊性,重点研究其绩效管理指标设计中所应考虑的关键性维度。此外,基于绩效的产生过程,结合世界卫生组织的绩效管理框架,设计了医院绩效管理的重点指标,提出一套具有社会性、效益性、可持续性等优点的绩效管理指标体系。

Abstract:On the basis of hospital characters, this paper mainly studied the key dimensions in the performance management indicator system based on the particularity of hospital organization. Combined with the world health organization performance management framework and the performance of producing process, the author designed the key indicators of performance management in hospitals, which has the characteristics of sociality, profitability and sustainability.
