二甲双胍的临床应用

目的研究二甲双胍治疗糖尿病的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2011年1月至2013年1月入院诊治的2型糖尿病的患者180例,随机分为实验组(90例)和对照组(90例)。其中实验组应用二甲双胍治疗,对照组患者应用格列齐特缓释片,治疗3个月后观察两组患者的糖化血红蛋白水平,并评价不良反应及安全性。结果治疗前两组患者糖化血红蛋白水平无差异,但治疗后实验组糖化血红蛋白水平的降幅高于对照组。实验组轻度低血糖反应2例,头晕头疼2例,胃肠紊乱3例,总的不良反应发生率为7.77%,并且随着治疗均缓解消失;对照组总的不良反应发生率为11.11%,经对症治疗后也均缓解。结论二甲双胍有较好的降血糖、改善胰岛素抵抗的作用,并不良反应轻微、安全性高。

Clinical Application of Metformin

Objective To study the clinical treatment of diabetes metformin efifcacy and safety. Methods From January 2011 to January 2013 hospitalized with type 2 diabetes, 180 patients were randomly divided into experimental group （90 cases） and control group （90 cases）. The experimental group metformin therapy, the control group of application gliclazide, after 3 months of treatment was observed in patients with glycated hemoglobin levels, and to evaluate the adverse reactions and safety. Results Before treatment, no difference in glycated hemoglobin levels, but after treatment, the experimental group was higher glycated hemoglobin levels fall. Mild hypoglycemia experimental group 2 cases, 2 cases of dizziness, headache, gastrointestinal disorders three cases, the overall incidence of adverse reactions was 7.77%, and with the treatment were relieved disappeared;the control group, the total incidence of adverse reactions 11.11%, after symptomatic treatment were also eased. Conclusion Metformin has good hypoglycemic, improve insulin resistance, and adverse reactions are mild, safe.
