新生儿内科住院患儿超说明书用药情况分析

目的:了解我院新生儿内科超说明书用药现状,探讨合理、可行的处理对策,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取我院2012年新生儿内科医嘱2 148条,以药品说明书为依据,分别对医嘱中的适应证、人群适宜性、给药剂量、频次、溶媒及配制浓度等方面进行分析,采用Excel软件进行数据处理。结果:本次调查共发现超说明用药医嘱550条,涉及药品40种。结论:对超说明书用药实行分级管理,既能满足临床用药需求,又能促进用药的安全合理,值得推广。

Analysis of Off-label Drug Use in Neonatal Department

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the situation of the off-label drug use in neonatal department of our hospital, and to find a feasible and practical way to promote clinical rational drug use. METHODS： 2 148 medical orders were collected from neo- natal department of our hospital in 2012. According to package inserts, rationality evaluation had been done in indications, suitable groups, dosage and frequency, solvent and preparation concentration. Excel software was used for data processing. RESULTS： In this investigation, off-label drug use was found in 550 orders, and 40 kinds of drugs were involved. CONCLUSIONS： Classifica- tion management of the off-label drug use not only can meet the needs of clinical drug use but also can improve the rational use of drugs. It is worthy of spreading.
