| Abstract: | It introduced the concept and content of self-management and the theoretical basis and implementation model of self-management intervention.And it mainly reviewed the research progress on the status quo,influencing factors and intervention model of self-management of patients with coronary heart disease in abroad and at home,so as to provide the evidences for spreading self-management items of coronary heart disease in clinic and community. |
