血培养病原菌的变迁及结果分析

目的调查分析本院2004-2006年血培养主要病原菌的变迁,为临床的诊治提供依据。方法分析3年来血培养的致病菌种类及临床分布。结果从4 579份血液标本中共分离出471致病菌,阳性率为10.29%。分离率居前五位的病原菌分别是大肠埃希菌130株,真菌62株,肺炎克雷伯氏菌55株,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌51株及金黄色葡萄球菌47株。临床送检血培养以肾脏内科最多,达899份。结论了解血培养主要病原菌的变迁趋势和临床分布情况,有助于临床确立诊疗方案。

Change of spectrums of blood culture in three years and its clinical analysis

Objective To evaluate the change of the spectrums of blood culture from 2004 to 2006.Methods Analyze the spectrums of blood culture from 2004 to 2006 and provide clinical information from its distribution.Results Four hundred and seventy one strains were isolated from 4579 samples.Positive rate was 10.29%.The common pathogens were E.coli(130),fungus(62),K.pneumoniae(55),coagulase negative staphylococcus(51)and Staphylococcus aureaus(47).Conclusion Analysis of the change of spectrums of blood culture is helpful to clinical diagnosis and therapy.
