摘    要:为验证MEBO保持创面湿,我们采用家兔深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,设置伤前(0)和伤后0.5、6、24、48、72、168小时7个时相点,以局部水分蒸发量、创面表现及病理组织学为观察指标,与自然干燥暴露及凡士林进行了对比。结果表明,伤后涂布MEBO的创面水分蒸发量较自然干燥暴露显著减少(P<0.01),接近正常皮肤,但又不象凡士林那样过分遏制了创面水分蒸发,显示了较好的通透性,不影响包含水分在内的引流物的引流,具备实现创面湿润的条件,可为创面组织提供一个近似于生理的湿润环境。作者对其作用机制一并进行了探讨。

Abstract:To verify the burn wound moisture maintaining effect of MEBO, rabbits with seconddegree burn wounds were treated with MEBO. Observations were conducted at 0 (before burn), 0.5,6, 24, 48, 72, and 168 hours post burn. The data of wound moisture evaporation, wound conditionand pathohistological changes in the wounds were compared with that of the burn wounds treated withvaseline and dry exposed therapy. The results revealed that wounds treated with MEBO had moistureevaporation close to that of normal skin and was significantly less than that of the wounds treated withdry exposed therapy(P<0.01). MEBO did not obstruct skin moisture evaporation as vaseline did (P<0.01). Wounds treated with MEBO had good permeability and adequate drainage. MEBO provided thewounds with a physiological moist environment.
