| 摘 要： | 目的观察硬膜外麻醉用于分娩镇痛的效果及对产程、母婴的影响。方法将300例待产妇随机分成两组，观察组150例，采用硬膜外麻醉镇痛措施，对照组150例，不采取任何镇痛措施，观察两组产妇镇痛效果、产程时间、分娩方式、产后出血量、新生儿窒息等情况。结果实施硬膜外麻醉镇痛效果明显，缩短产程，降低剖宫产率，不增加产后出血率及新生儿窒息率。结论硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛效果好，促进产程进展，对母婴安全可靠，深受广大孕产妇的欢迎。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the acratiue effect of epidural narcotic analyesia delivery and the influence on fetus and pregnant wonen. Methods Painless labor group 150 eases, contrast group 150 cases. Record the labor pain effective, delivery course time, delivery mode, postpartum hemorrhage and asphyxia heonatorium between two groups. Results Exeaeting the epidural narcosis, gets visible effect and it can curtail the delivery course, redute the rates of caesarean, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia. Conclusion Epidural narcosis is a preferred way to treat delivery, because it is improve the delivery course, saffty on pregnant women and welcomed by pregnant women. |
