| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨B超引导下经皮肝穿刺门静脉插管的可行性、操作技术及其在肝癌介入治疗中的应用价值。方法:在超声引导下,选用微创穿刺器械,对31例肝癌患者进行经皮肝穿刺门静脉插管及药盒系统植入。结果:31例(100%)患者经皮肝穿刺门静脉插管获得成功,未出现严重并发症。结论:采用超声引导经皮肝穿刺门静脉插管是一种可供选择的门静脉插管方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility and manipulating technique of percutaneous transhepatic portal vein catheterization(PTHPC) guided by ultrasound in treatment of liver cancer.Methods:Thirty-one patients with hepatic malignancies underwent PTHPC with micro traumatic puncture under the guidance of ultrasound.Results:PTHPC was successfully performed in all 31 patients under the guidance of ultrasound. No significant complications occurred.Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided PTHPC is a safe and workable method for the liver cancer with portal vein catheterization. |
