疏肝饮提取物对大鼠结肠平滑肌收缩的抑制作用

目的：研究疏肝饮（SGY）提取物对大鼠结肠平滑肌收缩的影响，并探讨其与钙通道的关系。方法：应用常规的离体张力测定方法，观察不同浓度的SGY提取物对乙酰胆碱（ACh）、氯化钾（KCI）和细胞内钙耗竭后外钙内流引起的大鼠结肠平滑肌收缩的作用。结善：SGY提取物能够抑制ACh、KCI和细胞内钙耗竭后外钙内流引起韵大鼠结肠平滑肌收缩。结论：疏肝饮具有抑制大鼠结肠平滑肌收缩的作用，机制可能涉及通过阻断电压门控钙通道（VDC）、受体操纵性钙通道（ROC）和钙库调控性钙通道（SOC）抑制胞外Ca^2＋内流，同时涉及抑制胞内Ca^2＋的释放。

Inhibitory Effect of Extract from Shuganyin on Contractility of Rats' Colonic Smooth Muscles

Objective: To study the effect of the extract from Shuganyin(SGY) on the contractility of the colonic smooth muscles in rat and its relationship with calcium channel. Methods: The isolated colonic smooth muscle tension was measured by routine tension measurement in vitro. The inhibitory effects of the extract from SGY on the contractility induced by ACh, KCl and calcium influx caused by depletion of intracellular calcium stores were assessed respectively. Results: The extract from SGY can inhibit the contractility of isolated rat colonic smooth muscle strips induced by ACh,KCl and calcium influx caused by depletion of intracellular calcium stores. Conclusion: The inhibitory effect of the extract from SGY on contractility of isolated rat colonic smooth muscle strips may be associated with blocking VDC,ROC and SOC to prevent the calcium influx as well as to prevent the release of intracellular calcium.
