正交试验法优选小儿平喘祛痰颗粒提取工艺

摘    要:目的:优选小儿平喘祛痰颗粒的提取工艺条件。方法:以盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、橙皮苷提取量及干膏得率为评价指标,采用HPLC进行定量分析,通过L9(34)正交试验优选小儿平喘祛痰颗粒水提取工艺。结果:最佳水提取工艺条件为加10,8,8倍量水提取3次,提取时间依次为1.5,1,1 h。结论:该优选工艺稳定可行,可用于小儿平喘祛痰颗粒的工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize extraction process conditions of Xiaoer Pingchuan Qutan granule. Method: Using extraction amount of ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,hesperidin and yield of dry extract as indexes,HPLC was used to quantitative analysis,water extraction technology of Xiaoer Pingchuan Qutan granule was optimized by L9(34) orthogoral design. Result: Optimum water extraction technology was as follows: extracted 3 times with 10,8,8 times the amount of water,extracted 1.5,1,1 h in turn. Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible,it could be used in industrial production of Xiaoer Pingchuan Qutan granule.
