盐酸川芎嗪瓜环包合物的溶出度考察

摘    要:目的:考察盐酸川芎嗪瓜环包合物的溶出度.方法:以盐酸川芎嗪为指标,采用紫外分光光度法考察盐酸川芎嗪瓜环包合物在不同时间的累积溶出率.结果:盐酸川芎嗪在2.0 ~10.0mg· L-1线性关系良好,盐酸川芎嗪及其包合物的溶出度在5 min时相差最大,包合物的累积溶出率约为盐酸川芎嗪1.33倍.结论:盐酸川芎嗪瓜环包合物可提高盐酸川芎嗪的溶出度,从而提高其生物利用度.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate disslolution of ligustrazine hydrochloride cucurbituril inclusion compound(LHCIC). Method: With ligustrazine hydrochloride as index,accumulated dissolution rate at different time of LHCIC was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Result: Ligustrazine hydrochloride showed good linear relationship of 2.0-10.0 mg ·L-1,accumulated dissolution rate of LHCIC was 1.33 times that of ligustrazine hydrochloride in 5 min,this was maximum difference of them. Conclusion: LHCIC could improve dissolution of ligustrazine hydrochloride and enhance its bioavailability.
