| 摘 要： | 目的:分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中发生并发症的原因及研究防治办法。方法:总结LC并发症8例的治疗过程。结果:8例中发生ARDS1例(死亡),肝外胆管损伤2例,胆囊动脉出血2例,胆总管残余结石3例,均经治疗痊愈出院。结论:在开展腹腔镜的初期阶段,应严格掌握手术适应证,多看多练,适应平面变立体的荧屏视觉,待积累经验技术熟练,设备完善后再做难度较大的手术,以减少手术并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the cause and treatment of complications occured in laparoscopic cholecystecto-my. Method : The treating procedures for 8 cases were summarized. Result : The complications were ARDS 1 case; ex-trahepatic bile duct injury , 2 cases ; cystic artery bleeding 2 cases; remnant choledocholith 3 cases . The patients were all cured. Conclusion: The operators should grasp the indications of laparoscope and practice more. |
