| 摘 要： | 本文报告采用了枚螺纹针、加压螺钉内固定治疗股骨折33例,最大年龄83岁,50岁以上22例。经8个月—7年随访,2例股骨头缺血坏死,1例骨折不连接,平均骨愈合时间为27周,功能恢复优良率86.67％。文内详细介绍手术方法,加压螺钉固定的优点和手术成功要点。

| Abstract: | 33 caess of the femoral neck fractures were treated by three compression screws or whorled wires. Of the 33 patients included, 22 were over 50 years of age, and the eldest one was 83 years old at the time of operation. After a follow-up of 8-84 months, two femoral heads showed aseptic necrosis, one of themeshowed non-union of the femoral neck. The time for bone union was 27 weeks in average. Excellent and good fun-ctional results were found in about 86.67 percent of the patents. The techque of the operation, advantages of the compression screw and the key points for successful operating are described. |
