血清HBV-DNA检测在招收飞行学员筛选中的意义

目的 调查在ELISA方法检测血清HBsAg阴性飞行学员中，血清HBV-DNA的检出情况。方法 用ELISA法检测2224名应招飞行学员血清HBsAg。其中阴性者进一步检测抗-HBs、抗-HBc、HBeAg、抗-HBe，并用聚合酶链反应（PCR）检测HBsAg阴性者HBV-DNA。结果 在2224名应招飞行学员中HBsAg阳性158例，阳性率7.1%；HBsAg阴性者中，除单项抗-HBs阳性血清模式外，其他各模式均有不同例数的人检测到HBV-DNA。结论 本研究表明，仅检测血清中HB-sAg的表达状况。不足以将所有感染有HBV者筛选出去，应由灵敏度更高的分子生物学方法取代。

Significance of detection serum HBV-DNA in HBsAg negative cadet candidates

Objective To investigate the necessity of further screening serum HBsAg negative (ELISA method) cadet candidates by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique for detection of HBV DNA. Method In 2 224 cadet candidates serum HBsAg was examined by ELISA method, subsequently, anti HBs, anti HBc, HBeAg, anti HBe were examined, and HBV DNA detected in HBsAg seronegative candidates. Results In 2 066 seronegative candidates, HBV DNA positive was found in all subgroups except the positive for anti HBs only one. Conclusion This study indicated that ELISA method is not sensitive enough to exclude hepatitis B virus carriers, it should be replaced by PCR technique.
