| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察曲美他嗪治疗稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :观察曲美他嗪治疗 (60mg/d)前后 3 4例稳定性心绞痛病人的心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油消耗量、运动试验结果、静息心电图、心率及血压。结果 :曲美他嗪治疗后稳定性心绞痛病人的心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油消耗量、总运动时间及静息心电图均较治疗前明显改善 (P <0 .0 1) ;心率及血压无明显变化。结论 :曲美他嗪可改善接受常规治疗的稳定性心绞痛病人的临床表现

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinic out put of patients with stable angina pectoris treated with trimetazidine.Methods: Number of angina attacks,nitrate consumption,treadmill exercise tests,ECG at rest,heart rate and blood presure were observed before and after the treatment of trimetazidine 60 mg/d.Results: The number of angina attacks,nitrate consumption,treadmill exercise tests and ECG at rest were significantly improved after the treatment of trimetazidine 60 mg/d.Conclusion: Trimetazidine can bring about additional improvements in patients with stable angina pectoris. |
