| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胸腔内热灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及毒副反应.方法 中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流彻底后,将DDP加热到42℃,胸腔内灌注.结果 显效(CR)14例,有效(PR)5例,稳定(SD)1例,无效(PD)2例,总有效率(RR)86.4%.结论 在观察胸腔积液的变化、原发灶的变化、生活质量的改善以及不良反应方面,总结出胸腔热灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液,方法 便于掌握,费用低廉,疗效确切.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the intrapleural hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy in treatment of malignant hydrothorax efficacy and toxicity of.Methods The center venous intrapleural catheterization drainage was complete,the DDP heating to 42 degrees C,thoracic cavity perfusion.Results CR 14 cases,PR 5 cases,SD 1 cases,PD 2 cases,the total efficiency of 86.4%(RR).Conclusion In the observation of hydrothorax changes,changes in primary lesion,the improvement of the quality of life and adverse reaction,summarize the intrapleural hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy in treatment of malignant hydrothorax,method is easy to master,low cost,curative effect. |
