| 摘 要： | 目的针对冠状动脉造影阴性结果又有明显胸痛症状的患者进行中医辨证药物干预,观察其临床疗效。方法选取203例经冠状动脉造影证实排除冠心病的患者,中医辨证属血瘀证者,给与活血化瘀法治疗。结果经过2个月的治疗患者取得良好的临床疗效,中医辨证量化积分、心电图均明显改善(P<0.05)。结论中西结合方法对临床胸痛患者具有较好的诊断、治疗价值,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of therapy of promoting blood circulation in chest pain patients with angiogtaphically normal coronary arteries.Methods 203 patients with blood stasis has been treated by therapy of promoting blood circulation in chest pain.Results The patients,quantized integration achieved great improvements.Conclusion The therapy integrated traditional and western medicine in chest pain patients made great clinical significance. |
