卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效分析

目的探讨卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择84例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各42例,均给予强心、利尿、扩血管等治疗基础治疗,治疗组患者另外给予卡维地洛治疗,小剂量起始,逐渐增加至靶剂量,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗组有效率92.8%,对照组有效率83.3%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,治疗组患者心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、左室舒张末径(LVEDD)低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组。结论卡维地洛能够改善慢性心力衰竭患者左心功能,增强治疗效果。

Analysis of Curative Effect to Carvedilol on Chronic Cardiac Failure

Objective To investigate the cinical curative effect of carvedilol on chronic cardiac failure.Methods 84 cases of patients with chronic cardiac failure were selected and divided into therapia groups(n=42) and control groups(n=42),all patients taken treatment with cardiotonic,diuretic and expanding durgs,patients received treatment with carvedilol from small dose to target dosage.cinical curative effect were contrasted between therapia groups and control groups.Results Clinical effective power was 92.8% in therapia groups and was 83.3% in control,clinical effective power was higher in therapia groups than in control groups,level of HR,SBP and LVEDD was lower,level of LVEF was higher in therapia groups than in control groups.Conclusion Carvedilol could improve left heart function on patients with chronic cardiac failure and improve curative effect.
