| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复方丹参滴丸对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血脂水平的影响。方法选择ACS患者50例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用复方丹参滴丸,对照组仅给予常规治疗。分别在治疗前和治疗后7d检测血清总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果治疗7d后,两组患者血清TC及LDL-C水平均明显降低;与对照组比较,治疗组患者治疗后血清TC及LDL-C水平明显降低。结论复方丹参滴丸显著降低ACS患者血脂水平,对ACS患者有益。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Compound danshen dripping pills on Serum TC and LDL-C level.Methods A total of 50 patients suffered from acute coronary syndrome between June 2008 and June 2011 were divided into the treatment group(Compound danshen dripping pills) and the control group randomizely.After treatment for 7 days,the serum TC and LDL-C concentration were measured.Results After 7 days treatment,the level of TC and LDL-C in both Groups were decreased(P<0.01);and the level of TC and LDL-C in treatment group were significantly lower(P<0.05) compared with the control group.Conclusion Compound danshen dripping pills is effective in the lipid-lowering therapy of patients with ACS. |
