| 摘 要： | 目的 研究鼻饲管直径大小与脑卒中吞咽困难患者肺部感染发生率的相关性.方法 将90例脑卒中吞咽困难患者随机分为大口径鼻饲管组、小口径鼻饲管组和静脉营养组,每组30例.观察各组肺部感染发生率,并进行比较.结果 大、小口径鼻饲管组及静脉营养组肺部感染发生率分别为40.00%,13.33%和36.67%.总鼻饲组肺部感染发生率与静脉营养组相似(P＞0.05).小口径鼻饲管组肺部感染发生率显著低于大口径鼻饲管组及静脉营养组(P＜0.05).结论 鼻饲不会增加脑卒中吞咽困难患者肺部感染发生率,应用小口径鼻饲管可降低脑卒中吞咽困难患者肺部感染的发生率.

| Abstract: | Objective To study correlation factor between nasogastric tube diameter with complicating pulmonary infection of stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods 90 patients with stroke patients were randomly divided into three groups:nasogastric with large-diameter、small-bore tube,and partial peripheral nutrition(PPN),each group of 30 patients.Observed and compared the lung infection rate in every group.Results The lung infection rate in each group was 40.00%,13.33% and 36.67%.The lung infection rate was similar in nasogastric group and partial peripheral nutrition(PPN)(P>0.05).The lung infection rate in small-bore tube group was significantly lower than partial peripheral nutrition(PPN)(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasogastric will not increase the lung infection rates,use small-bore tube in nasogastric will decrease the lung infection rate of stroke patients. |
