| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肺结核患者负性情绪的心理护理.方法 选取我院2008年5月-2009年4月收治的98例肺结核患者,随机分为观察组50例和对照组48例.在相同药物治疗的同时,对观察组进行针对性的心理干预,采取症状自评量表(SCL-90)及生活质量调查问卷评定并进行比较分析.结果 观察组在心理干预后,两组患者SCL-90量表评分中负性情绪比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);观察组患者生活质量调查分数25～45分及45～60分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 心理护理可以改善肺结核患者的负性情绪,提高生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the psychological care of patients with tuberculosis of the impact of negative emotion.Methods Nearly 1 year to patients treated 98 cases of tuberculosis,were randomly divided into 50 cases of the observation group,48 cases of the control group.In the same medication at the same time,to observe the group targeted psychological intervention,to take symptoms of self-rating scale and quality of life questionnaire to assess the difference between the two groups.Results Psychological intervention in the observation group,the negative emotions decreased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological care of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can reduce psychological stress,improve the quality of life. |
