我院老年患者地高辛和氨茶碱血药浓度监测结果分析

目的:了解我院老年患者地高辛和氨茶碱血药浓度监测情况。方法:回顾性分析我院2000～2005年老年患者地高辛和氨茶碱血药浓度监测结果。结果:地高辛和氨茶碱有效血药浓度范围内例/次占总监测例/次的百分率较低,分别为39.07%～52.27%和15.83%～28.57%,低于有效浓度范围例/次在总监测例/次中所占比例较大,分别为38.13%～54.97%和67.74%～83.33%。结论:老年患者应用地高辛或氨茶碱时,应充分考虑其生理、病理特点,结合血药浓度监测结果和临床疗效及时调整剂量,真正做到个体化给药。

Blood Concentration of Digoxin and Theophylline in Senile Patients:An Analysis of Monitoring Results in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE: To review our hospital’ s monitoring on the blood concentration of digoxin and theophylline in senile patients. METHODS: Results of our hospital’ s monitoring on the blood concentration of digoxin and theophylline in senile patients were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS: The availability proportions of digoxin and theophylline blood drug concentration results were low, ranging between 39. 07% ～ 52. 27% and 15. 83% ～ 28. 57% respectively; whereas the inavailability proportions of digoxin and theophylline blood drug concentration results were high, ranging between 38. 13% ～ 54. 97% and 67. 74% ～ 83. 33% respectively. CONCLUSION: In applying digoxin and theophylline to senile patients, the physiological and pathological properties peculiar to senile patients should be taken into consideration. To achieve the goal of individualized administration of drugs, timely adjustment of dosages ought to be conducted as per monitoring results of blood concentration and clinical efficacy.
