| 摘 要： | 报告我院自1981年8月～1990年3月间收治的肝性胸水14例.占同期住院肝硬化者的1.4%.经采用限盐、限水、补充血浆白蛋白、氨基酸、利尿及排放胸水等综合治疗,胸水消失2例,明显减少7例,无效5例.结合文献对治疗及发病机制作了讨论.

| Abstract: | 14 cases of cirrhotic pleurisy admitted to southwest hospital from August 1981 to March 1990 were stud-ied. Calculated from the total inpatients of liver cirrhosis admitted to hospital in the same period. the incidence of cirrhotic pleurisy was 1. 4%. The treatment was comprehensive, including sodium and water limitation, sup-plementation of plasma albumin and amino acid, diuretics, aspiration of pleuritic fluid, etc. The pleurisy fluid disappeared in 2 cases post treament, markedly decreased in 7 and no efficacy in 5. Combined with the litera-ture review, the treatment of cirrhotic pleurisy and its pathogenesis were briefly discussed. |
