阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对血糖、血脂的影响

目的：调查阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）伴血压升高患者在不同状态下血糖、血脂控制情况。方法：回顾性分析本院2008年3月～2010年5月门诊收治住院的111例30～70岁的患者临床资料，根据8h的夜间睡眠呼吸监测（PSG），根据呼吸暂停／低通气指数（AHI）分为两组。病患组71例，对照组40例，并对两组血糖、血脂数值进行比较分析。结果：病例组TC、FBG高于对照组（P〈0．05），低密度脂蛋白LDL较对照组高，但差异无统计学意义。结论：OSAS合并高血压患者出院后血压得到控制，但血糖和血脂有增高趋势；血压正常高值患者出院后血压、血糖、血脂均有增高趋势；OSAS伴高血压患者手术后血压水平得到改善。

Effect of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome on glucolipid abnormal metabolism

Objective： To investigate obstructive sleep apnea syndrome （OSAS） patients with elevated blood pressure in a different state blood glucose and lipid control the situation. Methods： To analyze clinical data of 111 patients 30-70 year- old in our hospital from March 2008 to May 2010 retrospectively, according to 8 hours of nocturnal sleep apnea monitoring （PSG）, apnea / hypopnea index （AHI） patients were divided into patient group（71 cases）, control group （40 cases）, and two groups of blood glucose, lipid profiles were compared. Results： In the patient group TC, FBG were higher than control group （P〈0.05）, LDL was higher than control group, but there was no significant difference. Conclusion： OSAS patients with hypertension and blood pressure under control after discharge, but tended to increase blood glucose and lipids; patients with high normal blood pressure after discharge, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids have an increasing tendency; OSAS patients with hypertension with blood pressure levels improved after surgery.
