女性颅脑手术改进备皮范围与消毒方法临床研究

目的:探讨改进女性颅脑手术患者备皮范围与消毒方法的护理效果。方法:对60例拟行开颅手术女性患者按住院时间顺序分为对照组和改进组。对照组采取传统备皮范围及消毒方法;改进组采取切口周围小范围剃发的备皮范围及消毒方法。结果:两组患者在消毒后的切口细菌培养结果及术后愈合效果方面比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);改进组患者对备皮范围及消毒效果的满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:改进女性颅脑手术患者备皮范围及消毒方法,可杜绝其术后一定时期缺发或短发情况,对提高护理质量尤为重要。

Clinical study on the improvement of skin preservation of scalp and means of sterilization in women patients with operation on cranium and brain

Objective: To explore the effect of improvement of skin preservation of scalp and means of sterilization in women patients with operation on cranium and brain on nursing effective outcome. Methods: 60 women patients who would be operated were randomly divided into control group and improvement group. The traditional skin preservation and sterilization methods were adopted in the control group, and partial shaving around incision and sterilization were applied in the improvement group. Results: No significant difference was found in the comparison of aseptic and healing outcomes between the two groups (WTBX]P>0.05) and satisfactory rate was remarkably higher in the improvement group than that in the control group (WTBX]P<0.01). Conclusion: Partial shaving and sterilization can avoid women patient's suffering from postoperative bald head and is important in the improvement of nursing quality.
