云南甲螨类二新种

从1982年5月和1984年6月在云南省昆明市金殿的干香柏树下土壤中采集的甲螨类标本中,发现二新种。本文就二新种形态特征及鉴别依据作了描述。新种金殿垂盾甲螨的最重要的鉴别特征有:叶狭长,尖突不伸展于前半体侧缘和吻的前缘,后半体背板上具有三对大形凹入于休内的颗粒群结构。新种南圆单翼甲螨具有特殊的叶内毛而与其他种相区别。

Two new Oribatid mites from Yunnan Province

Among the Oribatid specimens collected from the soil under cypress (Cupressus duclouxiana Hickel) , two new species of the genus Scutovertey. and Peloribates were found.They are described under the names Scutovertex jindianensis and Peloribates yunnanensis. All of the type specimens are deposited in the Department of Biology, Norman Bethune University of Medical Sciences.Scutovertex Jindianensis Sp.nov.Body lengths 429-509; body width: 254-352.This species is similar to Scutovertex laticuspis Balogh et Mahunka, 1965 in the absence of lenticulus, interlamellar region with chitinous wrinkles'and notogaster structure, but differs from the latter in:1) fine and long lamellae and cuspides not extending nearly to the apex of rostrum; 2 ) having three pairs of large and circular dentes on the notogaster; and 3) sensillus club-shaped with a strongly swollen head.Holotype 82-1, 1-Ⅴ-1982 (I.Mashahito) ; paratype 3 , 84-1, 2-Ⅵ-1984 (Lin-Zhe) .Peloribates yunnanensis sp.nov.Body length: 369-395; body width: 216-280.This species is allied to Peloribates ababaeus Corpuz-Raros (1979) from the Philippines, but differs from the latter in: 1) interlamellar setae narrow-leaf shaped, densely ciliated and apically rounded; 2) 5 pairs of fine and long genital setae and 3 ) notogaster setae densely ciliated.Holotype and paratype 1, 82-2, 1-Ⅴ-1982 (I.Mashahiro) .
