粤港澳大湾区中医药专利运营现状分析与建议

粤港澳大湾区的中医药领域专利运营起始于21世纪初，目前专利运营量仅占总申请量的11%，整体发展趋势与政策引导相契合。其中，粤港澳大湾区的专利运营局限于各自地区内部，较少发生跨区域的专利引进或输出。而企业类主体的运营事件大多限于集团内部，只有高校真正产生了专利运营实际需求且发生成果转化落地。因此，粤港澳大湾区内中医药领域的专利运营还有很大的提升空间。通过从专利运营态势、专利运营技术分布、专利运营主体3个方面出发，对粤港澳大湾区中医药专利运营现状进行分析研究、总结相关的结论并提出建议。

Analysis and Suggestions on Status Quo of Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Operation in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

Patent operations in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area began in the early 21st century. At present, the volume of patent operations accounts for only 11% of the total number of applications, and the overall development trend is in line with policy guidance. Specifically, patent operations in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are limited to their respective regions, and cross-regional patent introduction or export is rare. Most of the operation events of enterprise entities are limited to their group, while only colleges and universities generate actual demand for patent operations actually and the results are transformed and implemented. There is still much advancement of TCM patent operations in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This article analyzed the status quo of TCM patent operation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from the perspective of patent operation situation, technology distribution, and subject, and summarized relevant conclusions and suggestions.
