《中国药典》2020年版爬行纲药用动物养殖研究进展

通过查阅中国知网1962—2021年相关文献资料，归纳总结收载在《中华人民共和国药典》（以下简称《中国药典》） 2020年版中爬行纲药用动物的地理分布、生活习性和养殖方法。《中国药典》2020年版中收载了8种爬行纲药用动物，其中龟1种、鳖1种、壁虎1种、蛇5种（乌梢蛇、银环蛇、黑眉锦蛇、锦蛇和五步蛇，不包括蛇胆）。8种爬行纲药用动物均已实现人工养殖，主要有全人工养殖和半人工养殖2种方式，大都分布在我国南方。养殖成熟度评估除蛤蚧外均为成熟，蛤蚧养殖成熟度评估为扩养。

Research Progress on Breeding of Medicinal Reptilia Animals in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 Edition)

By reference to the relevant literature from 1962 to 2021 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), the geographical distribution, living habits and breeding methods of medicinal Reptilia animals in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 edition) were summarized. The Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 edition) contains 8 species of medicinal Reptilia animals, including 1 species of medicinal Emydidae, 1 medicinal Trionychidae, 1 medicinal Gekkonidae, and 5 medicinal snakes (Zaocys dhumnades Cantor, Bungarus multicinctus Blyth, Elaphe taeniura Cope, Elaphe carinata Guenther, and Agkistrodon acutus Güenther, excluding snake bile). The 8 species of medicinal Reptilia animals have been cultivated artificially, mainly in two ways: full artificial breeding and semi-artificial breeding, which were mostly distributed in southern China. The evaluation of breeding maturity revealed that all medicinal Reptilia animals were mature except Gekko gecko Linnaeus, and the breeding maturity of G. gecko was evaluated as expansion.
