Effect of Long Snake-like Moxibustion on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome of Heart and Spleen Deficiency and Its Influence on Immune Function

Objective To investigate the effect of long snake moxibustion on chronic fatigue syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency and its effect on immune function.Methods From March 2017 to February 2019,82 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency were selected and divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received oral amitriptyline hydrochloride tablets.The observation group was treated with long snake moxibustion.The levels of cytokines(CK),immune function and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin 2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(There was no significant difference in IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)(P>0.05).After treatment,TNF-α,IL-2,IL-6,IgA,IgG and IgM were increased in both groups,and the observation group The increase was greater and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Long snake moxibustion can effectively improve the immune function and clinical efficacy of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency.
