Investigate the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Continuity Nursing in Bladder Cancer Patients after Bilateral Ureterostomy

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with continuity nursing in bladder cancer Patients after bilateral ureterostomy.Methods 100 patients underwent Radical cystectomy with urinary diversion were from 1 January 2015 to 31 November 2018 in our center.The observation group traditional Chinese medicine combined with continuity nursing.Patient’s life quality,the related adverse event and uncertainty in illness of patients’families were compared with two groups.Results the observation group had better performance in Patient’s life quality,the related adverse event and uncertainty in illness of patients’families.Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine combined with continuity nursing can decrease the occurrence of adverse events and families’uncertainty in illness obviously and improve the patients’life quality partly.
