以随症采集法优化中风恢复期中医护理方案的效果

目的研究中风恢复期患者以随症采集法优化中医护理方案的临床效果分析。方法选择2018年10月—2019年9月收治的508例中风(恢复期)患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组254例。对照组参照中医药管理局颁发的中医护理常规方案,试验组以随症采集信息,对其症状和技术循症施护、施量来优化后实施中医护理方案。对比2组患者护理前后相关症状改善率、神经功能缺损量表(NFDS)和日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分、患者满意度,观察临床护理效果。结果试验组辨证施护后的临床症状改善率大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组辨证施护后的NFDS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的护理总满意度为88.19%(224/254),高于对照组的62.20%(158/254),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以随症采集法优化中风恢复期患者中医护理方案护理,护理效果明显,可改善相关症状,提高生活能力和患者满意度,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Plan Optimization in Convalescence of Apoplexy with Sampling with Symptoms Method

Objective To study the clinical effect of Chinese medicine nursing plan optimization in patients with convalescent stroke by"collecting with symptoms".Methods 508 stroke(convalescent)patients admitted to the department of neurology of our hospital from October 2018 to September 2019 were selected as subjects.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 254 cases in each group.The control group referred to the traditional Chinese medicine nursing routine program issued by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine,and the experimental group used the information of"collecting with symptoms"to optimize the implementation of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing program by applying nursing and dosage for symptoms and technology.The improvement rates of related symptoms,NFDS and ADL scores,and patient satisfaction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups to observe the effect of clinical nursing.Results the clinical effect of optimized TCM nursing scheme in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the method of"collection with symptoms"was used to optimize the nursing plan of traditional Chinese medicine for patients in the convalescent period of stroke.The nursing effect was obvious,which could improve the related symptoms,improve the living ability and patient satisfaction,which was worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
