摘    要:从50年前“癌灵一号”成功应用于白血病治疗以来,国内外学者对三氧化二砷(As2O3)进一步应用于实体瘤进行了大量的探索。然而,由于砷本身毒性大,且在到达肿瘤组织前会被免疫系统快速清除,其在实体瘤治疗中的应用仍处于开发研究阶段。靶向递送系统具有毒性小、靶向性好的优点,与新技术新材料结合后,在实体瘤的治疗中显现出优势,具有广阔的研究前景。鉴于此,研究者们开发了一系列具有被动靶向性、主动靶向性和响应性释放的新型As2O3靶向递送系统,以实现As2O3的定时定位靶向递送。总结和梳理了近年来有关As2O3靶向递送系统应用于实体瘤治疗的研究进展,以期为As2O3靶向递送系统应用于实体瘤的治疗研究提供参考。

Abstract:Since the successful application of "Ailing No.1" in the treatment of leukemia 50 years ago, scholars in China and abroad have conducted numerous explorations on the application of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) in solid tumors. However, its application in solid tumors is still under development due to the high toxicity and rapid clearance by the immune system before reaching tumor tissues. Nanoparticles have the advantages of low toxicity and precise targeting. Combined with new technologies and new materials, targeted delivery systems show their advantages in the treatment of solid tumors and have a broad research prospect. In view of this, researchers have developed a series of new As2O3 targeted delivery systems with passive targeting, active targeting and triggered release to achieve the timing and targeted delivery of As2O3. In this paper, we summarized and sorted out the research progress in the application of As2O3 targeted delivery systems for the treatment of solid tumors in recent years, aiming to provide theoretical support for the treatment of solid tumors by As2O3 targeted delivery systems.
